* Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and partner organisations, to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth delivery.
* Delivery Assurance: Lead deliverability and assurance reviews, ensuring all projects adhere to quality benchmarks and contractual standards throughout the lifecycle.
* Operational Readiness: Provide expertise in operational readiness and cutover planning, supporting projects in the transition to operational stages.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive the improvement of methodologies, tools, and templates, contributing to Serco’s knowledge base and enhancing the team’s effectiveness.

* Proven track record in mobilisations, programme control, and high-pressure project delivery.
* In-depth knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, including PMO setup, governance, and assurance.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
* Proven experience in bidding, mobilisations, and transitions.
