A fast growing client of ours in Houghton Regis, are looking to recruit a super organised candidate, to join their friendly head office team with all things administration.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, professional and really comfortable speaking to clients / suppliers and dealing with anything they may need. We need someone who is self sufficient, who will think outside the box and be proactive - to make sure the office runs nice and smoothly
You will be responsible for:
* Facilities management including weekly, monthly and annual H&S checks
* Scheduling/managing meeting room appointments.
* Overseeing the company’s daily office operations to ensure all runs smoothly
* Organisation of company events.
* Implement and provide effective communication channels to the team
* Manage and process the HR database including holidays
* Support with on-going projects
* Running reports
* Putting together sales packs for new clients
* Dealing with customer queries
* Booking travel
* Arranging courses / workshops for the team
