Looking for a fantastic opportunity as an Administrative Assistant? Our client, a reputable independent policy and research institute, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to support their Chief Executive.

Contract Type: Permanent or Temp To Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Location: Victoria, London (Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Victoria train station)
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a valued member of our client's friendly and adaptable team based in Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Diary management - scheduling meetings
2. Proactively managing incoming emails
3. Assisting other team members with administrative tasks on events and other projects as required
4. Making travel arrangements
5. Utilising internal systems to keep good records and store information
Skills and experience we're looking for:
1. Experience in a similar Administrative Support role is essential
2. Knowledge of the UK political system is highly valued
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
4. High proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must
