Location: The Ram Quarter, London, SW18 1UA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This role will be based at a beautiful mixed-use development comprising of 350 residential homes, landscaped gardens, commercial businesses, and benefits from 24-hour concierge service. The development is located close to Wandsworth Town Station which allows easy access into Waterloo Station.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
* Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
* Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
* Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
* Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
* Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
* Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
* Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practice.
