Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Conducting credit checks on potential customers. Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner. Resolving any financial disputes raised by the customer. Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team. Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them about potential debtor problems. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP).
