Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Witham (full-time onsite)
Industry: Managed Service Provider
Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum
We have partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their service desk team.
They are a small team of 4 engineers covering 1st-3rd line support to external clients and are looking for someone to sit around their 2nd line support.
Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd line support for a range of issues via phone calls/emails/ticketing systems
Some onsite support will be required to their end clients (surrounding Essex area)
Escalate issues to their Senior Support Engineer
Assist with fault finding and resolving technical issues
Troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Office 365 products and Windows Servers
Strong understanding of Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP, LAN/WAN) and VoIP knowledge
MSP experience (1+ years)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
