JoinTeamEliot Main duties of the job This includes exploring and identifying opportunities for streamlining key recruitment processes to ensure that the Resourcing team, Recruiting Managers and Applicants have a positive experience which is easy to navigate when using systems such as TRAC, ESR and external websites. Review the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the time that each process involved in the recruitment journey takes, against set Trust KPIs. Identify bottlenecks and solutions to reduce Time to Hire KPIs. Develop, implement, and monitor small project plans to streamline processes within the recruitment journey. Record, Update and maintain all forms of defined business/project related complex data, presentations, spread sheets and documentation in a timely, accurate and organised manner (paper & electronic), version controlled where required. Monitor the progress of defined business activities/projects and provide the Resourcing Manager and the wider team with regular updates on progress, key risks and issues. Provide overviews of resource availability and utilisation for defined business activities/projects and maintain appropriate paper/ electronic records.
