* Develop daily living skills.
* Support individuals to access their communities for socializing, employment, training, or friendships.
* Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with the people we support, their families, and external professionals.
* Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
