Qualifications Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie working on multiple sections Impressive knife skills Airline catering would be fantastic, although not essential Confident working in busy, fast paced culinary environments Ambitious and motivated to produce high quality dishes Able to communicate effectively in English Confident working in a team Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
