This is a remote position. Are you a Sales Manager or similar from an injection moulding background looking to step into a highly autonomous and rewarding Head of Sales role, managing the entire sales function and overseeing various teams within a long-standing and highly profitable manufacturer? Are you looking to implement your extensive knowledge of the industry, responsible for continuously growing the business and increasing turnover within the UK? In this role you will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Liaison teams, whilst overseeing forecasting and budgeting, driving continued growth across the business. This includes increasing their own product sales by 2028, with this position directly influencing their goal. Requirements This role would suit a somebody with experience managing a team within injection moulding, looking for the next step in their career and to take on the responsibility of a Head of Sales position.
