They are looking for an Administrator to join their team, you will be supporting the team with admin duties and there will be the chance to gain a professional qualification within the sector as well. This role has great potential for training and development and to move up the ladder with the business.
Job Description:
To support with general administration duties such as answering the phone to tenants and clients to support with any queries in a professional manner
Responding to emails and writing to tenants and clients to provide information such as confirmation of viewings, dealing with maintenance queries
Entering information onto the database
Accompanying the manager on site visits
Supporting the team with preparing documents and various admin tasks
Arranging engineers and maintenance people for planned and reactive tasks For the Administrator role, it would be good to see candidates with:
Previous administration experience
GCSE’s at C or above (or equiv) in Maths & English
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
Must be a car driver
Excellent communicator
