We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Business Development Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This cross-functional role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, business development and optimizing our CRM systems to enhance customer journeys and maximize lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing expertise, analytical acumen and a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
Salary: £30-40K dependent on experience
Key responsibilities:
CRM:
* Oversee and maintain the company’s CRM platform (Hubspot) to ensure data integrity and functionality.
* Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
* Segment audiences and personalise communications to drive higher engagement rates.
Lead Generation:
* Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing).
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet KPIs, including cost per lead and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with Operations teams to create a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners through networking, outreach and follow-ups.
* Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the strategic business development plan.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor and report on CRM metrics, lead generation performance, and campaign ROI.
* Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
* Support the creation of compelling marketing materials, including landing pages, newsletters and social media posts that align with lead generation goals.
* Collaborate with design and content to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
* Work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with the broader company goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose new tools and strategies.
About you:
* Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, email marketing or lead generation roles.
* Experience in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
* Analytical skills with an understanding of campaign performance tracking and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A passion to create engaging marketing content.
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC and social media advertising is a plus.
* Highly organized with good project management skills and attention to detail.
* Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
