Company Description
Do you have a heart bigger than the M6 and a sense of humor that could brighten the gloomiest of British mornings? At Home Instead Rugby, we’re not just looking for care professionals—we’re looking for people who want to make a genuine difference, one cuppa at a time!
Job Description
Companionship: You’re basically the Mary Poppins (minus the umbrella). You’ll be spending time with wonderful clients, chatting, laughing, and maybe even watching a soap or two (yes, Emmerdale counts as a cultural experience).
Help with Daily Tasks: Whether it’s making sure they’re up and dressed like a queen/king, or helping with meals, you’ll be the reason their day starts and ends with a smile.
Running Errands: Supermarkets and chemists might become your new stomping grounds! Plus, who doesn’t love a bit of shopping with company?
Personal Care: A bit of dignity goes a long way. From helping with bathing to ensuring they look fabulous; you’ll be the trusted companion they can count on.
Celebrate the Small Wins: From a perfect cuppa to a walk in the garden, you’ll make their moments shine.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
Kindness & Patience: Can you listen to a story about ‘the good old days’ for the 5th time and still enjoy it? You’re our kind of person.
A sense of humor: Our clients have stories and laughs to share—bring your own and get ready for some banter.
Reliable: Be the kind of person who shows up, rain or shine, because our clients depend on you like the British public depends on tea.
Big Heart: You don’t need experience in care. If you’ve got empathy, warmth, and a love for helping others, we’ll show you the rest. Plus, we’ll train you to be the best Care Professional Rugby, Lutterworth & Daventry has ever seen!
