Position: Real Estate Analyst

The Role:
Are you a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst with a solid background in asset management and financial analysis? This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the asset management strategy and financial performance analysis of high-profile property assets. Working directly with senior leaders in asset management and finance, you’ll bring your expertise to an environment where your insights drive critical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Asset Management and Finance teams to deliver insights into the performance of assets and entities.
* Conduct scenario modelling and financial analysis using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
* Analyse performance metrics, budget/forecast variances, and key market indicators.
* Engage in budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and financial modelling.
* Evaluate capital expenditures and letting transactions for high-value assets.
* Support executive decision-making by preparing Board Packs, reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
What You Bring:
* Educational Background: Degree in any discipline, ideally with MRICS qualifications.
* Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate, with a track record in asset-level and fund-level performance appraisal.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills for cashflow analysis, proficiency in Argus Enterprise, and experience with financial and property reporting.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, strategic mindset, and a client-focused approach.
