My client is a leading global law firm with an excellent reputation in the Finance and Disputes sectors, are now looking to hire a Senior Partner HR Manager to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.
The Senior Partner HR Manager will be the primary contact for any Partner HR matters, working closely with the senior HR contacts and stakeholders in a business partnering role.
The key duties will include:
* Cultivates and fosters strong relationships with leaders, partners, lawyers, and other functions to provide transition support and succession planning for partners.
* Drafts and supports the execution of all retirement agreements with partners. Relied on for accuracy and quality control of retirement agreements, including maintaining a repository all Retirement Agreements.
* Coordination with Partner Resources on the departure process and communications with departing partners.
* Supports partners in evaluating retirement timing and understanding the financial implications and health and wellbeing benefits post-retirement.
* Supports all inquiries from partners preparing for retirement, including coordination with other functions.
* Streamlines administrative process across functions related to the Partner Retirement and Transition Program.
* Works closely with the Global Director of Partner & Employee Benefits and the Benefits Department generally to support retiree benefit programs and policies and administration.
* Responsible for coordinating with the Partner Development team on retirement coaching for partners.
* Responsible for automating and streamlining key processes and implementing improvements for the program
* Analyses and produces reports for the Executive Committee and other Firm leaders as needed.
The Senior Partner HR Manager will have previous Partner HR experience gained within a legal or professional services environment, at Business Partner/Manager level. They will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate using various platforms. They will have to ability to lead complex and sensitive conversations with Partners and senior leaders and have previous experience managing transitions for Partners into retirement
