Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing department.
* Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms.
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
* Maintaining and updating client files and records on the case management system.
* Conducting searches, preparing bundles, and submitting Land Registry applications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department.
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
