You will be working on projects valuing from £5m to £30m plus.

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
1. Collaborate with Pre-construction and Construction teams to develop and review tender submissions.
2. Analyse tender details and work with the team to formulate a suitable bid and procurement strategy.
3. Source quotes and manage procurement of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Proficient in estimating project costs.
5. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQs) and perform material take-offs.
6. Present Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to senior management.
7. Oversee project cost control and financial management from contract review to final account settlement.
8. Experienced in working with NEC and JCT contracts.
9. Handle contractual and legal issues that arise during projects.
10. Maintain regular client communication to secure future business opportunities.
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
1. Experience of 5 plus years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced Concrete Frames and Structures.
