Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totaling 22.8 Hours per week.
Competitive Salary: $72,796.59 p.a. / pro-rata + 11.5% superannuation.
Location: Council offices in Sandringham and Carnegie, with the flexibility to undertake some occasional work from home.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their carers regarding Home Care Packages, supporting all administrative processes and responding to incoming emails, phone calls, and mail enquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will monitor the approval and assignment of home care packages to prospective clients.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting Home Care Packages Intake staff with administrative tasks to facilitate the seamless entry of home care package clients to Bayside Care and Support.
* Monitoring and maintaining contact with clients who have been approved for a home care package and alerting the Team Leader as soon as it is assigned.
* Undertaking administration tasks as required to support the effective and efficient operations of the Business Systems team.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
* A solid understanding of the Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support programs.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
* Ability to solve routine problems combined with a logical decision-making approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in aged care applications well regarded.
Mandatory Pre-employment Requirements:
* Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
* Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
