My client is seeking a high-performing Customer Service/Account Manager with a proven track record to provide excellence in customer service in order to nurture client relationships, offer solutions to print marketing issues, and increase overall account revenue.
The Role:
1. Act as the main contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts
2. Build strong relationships with their customers
3. Identify and act upon new business opportunities with existing customers
4. Develop comprehensive understanding of the company’s service offerings
5. Use an MIS to ensure all jobs are effectively and efficiently moved through production, resulting in an accurate and timely delivery of product
6. Answer client inquiries in a timely manner
7. Attend in-person customer briefings and reviews when required
