Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE Required: 3-4 years PQE

THE ROLE:
The Dispute Resolution team with this nationally regarded law firm is in a position of growth and recruiting as part of its expansion. The team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its specialists in Manchester where you will be handling a broad range of Corporate Disputes. Under the guidance of a high rated Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills within this area of law and build your reputation with clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have up to around 4 years PQE in contract disputes, warranty claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims or disputes, alongside excellent academics and experience of working for a leading national or regional law firm. Used to working within a culture of high-performance, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be team-focused and client driven. Excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and a proven billing track-record are a prerequisite.
