This role is crucial in being the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, whether face-to-face, via telephone, or email. You will manage daily orders and customer queries, ensuring a professional and courteous relationship is maintained at all times. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and enter daily orders, sending them to the warehouse for dispatch. Handle customer order queries and follow up according to the set KPIs. Manage, update and communicate delivery schedules to all relevant customers. Log customer queries into the system and manage the processing of all sampling badges. Ensure compliance with regulations for the sale of goods Compile and maintain records and documents as directed Perform general administrative duties and support other team members within your role. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
