A leading main contractor is looking for a Site Secretary to join a large project in Halifax. The successful individual will ideally have previous experience working on construction sites and be immediately available for a 12 month contract. Responsibilities: Organising inbox and diaries Booking meetings Greeting and directing all site visitors through security General office management and administration Travel arrangement and expenses Liaising with all members of site team Assisting with timesheets Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project Requirements: Previous secretarial / administration experience Strong organisational skills Experience within the construction industry on site would be preferable Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner 12 month contract on offer
