Engage with service users on arrival, addressing day-to-day issues as they arise. Undertake screenings and comprehensive assessments with service users. Utilise evidenced based tools and interventions to support people on their recovery journey. Be prepared to hold a small caseload of service users and support them through their recovery journey. Take the lead in managing complex behaviours within the reception/open access area. Signpost to local services and empower service users to build their community networks and recovery capital. Promote visible and contagious recovery within the hub. Ensure the front-of-house team operates effectively in line with Inclusion policies and procedures
