You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced company committed to driving innovation and excellence. This role will suit a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and will be supporting their CEO and senior leadership team. The role is a newly created role which will be based on site.As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and facilitating effective communication and coordination within the organisation. You will be the right hand to our top executives, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing a wide range of tasks to enable them to focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved. Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. The Person Skills and attributes: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
