Business Coordinator (1 year Fixed-Term-Contract)
This is a one year fixed-term-contract to cover maternity leave as a Business Coordinator, starting in January 2025.

Business Coordinator Responsibilities
* Working with and supporting the organisation across multiple offices;
* Managing holiday bookings, travel and accommodation and ad-hoc admin;
* Directing all phone and email queries as well as meeting and greeting all visitors;
* Overall management of the office administration;
* Organising refreshments, ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers;
* Assisting project managers with guidance, administration and budgeting;

Business Coordinator Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be able to work at pace, supporting the organisation across multiple offices. You must have previous experience in a similar business support role, to be able to hit the ground running. It is preferable that you have worked in the private sector/ consultancy environment and be used to changing priorities and working collaboratively. You will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be organised and good at time management and relationship building with a proven track record of success in a varied administrative role.
Location
This role offers hybrid working; however, during the handover, the role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week, until you have successfully settled into the role, at which point you can then work from home 2 days per week. This role is based in Central Oxford.
This role is full-time, Fixed-Term for 12 months, to start no later than mid-January. Due to the urgency to fill the role before the current post holder starts maternity leave, we cannot consider any applicants with a long notice period.
You must have the full right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position. You must be able to commit to the length of this contract.
