We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Private Wealth (MPW) team as a Digital Operations Analyst based in the London office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Data Analyst you will be involved in the production and development of the MI suite for the MPW business, maintenance of the MPW Intelliflo Office database and maintaining procedure documents.
You will also be assisting in the development & implementation of technological solutions for MPW to improve the overall client journey and efficiency of processes whilst working closely with the Operational Support team to ensure that a unified approach is adopted and communicated across the MPW business, in relation to procedures and processes.
We will count on you to:
* Be responsible for the quality and maintenance of the Intelliflo Office (iO) data
* Produce and communicate Management Information suite across the MPW business
* Maintain and develop MPW templates
* Assist with the Development & Implementation of additional technological solutions for the MPW business.
* Assist with the design & implementation of ad hoc projects as required.
What you need to have:
* Proven strong Excel skills.
* Previous VBA based experience/knowledge
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
