Front of House Receptionist - temp
Our client is a Global financial company with a medium-sized London office.
We are seeking a reliable, dependable, and professional receptionist with some previous Corporate Reception experience. This is a stand-alone Reception role - initially as a temporary member of staff with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Immediate start (after initial interview)
Hours: 8.30-5 Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional receptionist support for the London office, including welcoming all guests and internal colleagues.
2. Book and maintain 12 meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are clean and tidy after use and stocked with appropriate provisions.
3. Maintain the meeting room booking system and monitor and update changes for all rooms.
4. Register external guests.
5. Receive and sort all incoming mail and couriers and prepare for internal distribution.
6. Prepare all outgoing post and couriers daily.
7. Provide support to all stakeholders with logging into guest Wi-Fi via the company portal.
8. Assist the office and team coordinator with ad hoc administrative support.
9. Assist in various ad hoc social events and other activities as necessary.
