Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work from our office based in Halesowen covering the Black Country area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Option to be responsible for the resourcing, filling and account management OR focusing on the sales and account management of multiple clients across the Black Country area.
2. Maintaining relationships with clients and workers.
3. Creating adverts and utilising job boards in order to attract suitable candidates.
4. Conducting both telephone and face-to-face registrations with candidates.
5. Management of temporary Industrial OR Logistics plans.
What we need from you:
1. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
2. Knowledge of the Black Country bus and travel routes.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent administrative skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently and independently.
6. Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
7. Must have own travel as you will be required to visit clients in a timely manner.
