Account Manager - Temp to Perm after 12 weeks. Our progressive client who are based in Harlow is seeking an Account Manager to work in a small friendly relaxed team. The role involves looking after both existing and new customers. This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to join a small friendly team in a vibrant office. The role will be offered on a Temp to Perm basis, with the intention of transferring to a permanent contract after 12 weeks. Full training will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme. Benefits/Terms In addition to the basic salary there is also a £6,000 annual bonus which is paid quarterly Hours: 8.30-5pm with half an hour lunch. Annual Leave: 25 days, rising by one day per year of each year of service up to 30 days. Plus paid Bank holidays. Great additional benefits are introduced once you become a permanent employee. Main Duties/Responsiblities: To develop and support product sales / market share growth in line with company objectives and targets within the business. To provide quotes and orders via warm leads To prospect for new business within the industry To maintain contact with the company's customers and potential customers To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives. To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy. To deal with complaints should they arise. To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
