The Opportunity Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support managers in maintaining the efficiency of their bespoke sourcing system and CRM. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, facilitating seamless communication, and to support my clients secured sales team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities System & CRM Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with standards across our clients bespoke sourcing system and CRM. Manage new lead allocation, booked calls, and appointments within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Oversee communication tasks to ensure clients receive prompt and thorough support. Team Coordination & Management: Manage team schedules, including holiday and sickness, ensuring workloads are balanced and operational continuity is maintained. Distribute daily tasks to advisers and verify handovers for those taking leave. Oversee final preparations and transitions for advisers going on leave. Operational Efficiency: Address potential cancellations following set processes to mitigate disruption. Resolve unassigned communications efficiently using designated workflows. Adviser Support: Respond promptly to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding documents. Work with customers to ensure required documentation is returned, enabling smooth case progression. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or in a similar role within brokerage or financial services. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and workflow management. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in secured lending or mortgage brokerage. Familiarity with sales management playbooks and SLA adherence.
