This HEO Requirements Manager post supports the Assistant Head Waterfront South & Delivery Sponsor 5.2 within the Deputy Head Infrastructure (DHI) Directorate at HMNB Clyde and is responsible for: Supporting the development of the Statement of Need (SON) and User Requirement Document, ensuring that all requirements are in line with customer needs and current policy. Writing coherent and consistent business cases in accordance with departmental process, ensuring each business case is supported by robust evidence and is refined and updated as appropriate. Support the development of an approval schedule within projects of responsibility to ensure business case timeline for approvals are agreed, understood and achieved. Support development of risk management for Southern Waterfront, including identification, capture, management and reporting, of risk and issues and mitigation activities. Working across multiple organisations to deliver in an integrated and optimal way.
