Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at The Haycutter in Oxsted. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard
* Assistance with menu planning and implementation
* Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

About you... You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fresh food cookery and has a keen eye for detail.
