Business Analyst | Initial 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35) | Swindon (flexible remote)
Peaple Talent have partnered with a brilliant client in the Swindon area looking to recruit 3x Business Analysts, ideally with experience in HR, Finance, and Payroll systems.
Purpose of the role:
Provide essential assistance in collecting and documenting requirements, understanding data flow, and supporting the overall strategy of the strategic onboarding team. This team is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients. This position demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure efficient operations and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities include:

2. Collect, document, and refine requirements from diverse stakeholders.

7. Familiarity with HR, finance, and payroll systems.
