Create a safe, consistent and supportive space where students feel heard and motivated. Support learners in developing key social, emotional and academic skills. Track progress and communicate regularly with parents, carers, or support professionals.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges and SEN. Background in mentoring, youth work, support work, or similar roles. Right to work in the UK Have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS checkDesired Qualifications: Teaching qualifications such as PGCE or QTS Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education or a related field.
