An established housing estate in Richmond-upon-thames is seeking a dedicated and experienced landscaper to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the grounds, ensuring a clean, beautiful, and safe environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a variety of landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and hard landscaping (paving, fencing, etc.).
2. Maintain communal garden areas, walkways, and open spaces to a high standard.
3. Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
4. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
6. Follow specific design plans for landscape features and layout enhancements.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in landscaping, with a strong understanding of both soft and hard landscaping.
8. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card - mandatory.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces.
11. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
12. Experience working on housing estates or similar environments.
13. Knowledge of horticulture and landscape design.
