Neos Engineering are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking for a Regional After Sales Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate from the Heavy Plant, Aggregates, Attachments or Recycling industries to work for a large manufacturer and create revenue for both themselves and the company.
The ideal candidate for the role of Regional After Sales Manager is someone who has a proven background in after sales care of Heavy Plant, Agricultural equipment, Cranes or Trucks. The client is looking for someone who can grow existing accounts and create new ones.
The day-to-day role of the Regional After Sales Manager is to ensure effective operation of each of the depots, including but not limited to health and safety requirements, people issues and development, and parts inventory management. The role involves increasing revenue to achieve annual targets for parts, servicing, and service and repair contracts while working with the General Manager to develop a consistent approach across the After Sales teams, both internally throughout the depot network and externally with the customer base.
The Role:
* Delivers Earth Moving Technical After Sales profitability by regular review of profit and loss, identifying areas for improvement.
* Reviews the processes for Earth Moving Technical After Sales with the aim of improved effectiveness and efficiency.
* Collaboratively develops ongoing operating plans to achieve strategic goals on an annual basis.
* Creates a team ethos among the After Sales Supervisors to ensure effective operations of each of the depots.
* Supports through expert advice the commercial sales and service managers to enable them to increase the customer base and revenue.
The Candidate:
* Experience in aftersales care within the Heavy Plant, Agricultural or HGV sectors.
* Technical knowledge of plant machinery or a transferable skillset.
