Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Our client, a respected elderly care provider in the Weymouth area, is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of a well-established, medium-to-large care home. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery for all residents.
2. Compliance: Ensure the home consistently meets CQC standards, along with all relevant health and safety regulations.
3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and support a skilled and compassionate care team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
4. Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to maintain the home's financial health.
5. Family & Resident Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are met with compassion and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, ideally within medium-to-large homes.
2. RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification is preferred but not essential.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
5. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial planning in a care setting.
