This role is for an Installation Engineer to undertake the following activities on contract for our client based in Livingston:
1. Daily goods in and receipt of delivered IT equipment as required.
2. Receipting of delivered daily despatch.
3. Daily stock management of tech Vend (x2) or as required.
4. Daily delivery and collection of IT equipment to Tech Central.
5. Recording all returned IT equipment into the master asset returns file and closing related Spark references.
6. Install work settings to desk (monitor, keyboard, dock, mouse) as per standards document.
7. Perform minor printer fixes (paper jam, ink replacement, etc.).
8. Possess good basic experience of connecting work settings.
9. Use Spark/ServiceNow to manage stock and receipting goods in/out.
