As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting, helping, training and mentoring field-based cleaning and operational tasks of BOH and Carpark, and will provide support with the delivery of toolbox talks.

As a Team Leader, you will be:
* Undertaking allocated planned cleaning tasks & inspections as per schedule.
* Assisting Supervisor in leading and motivating a team of site-based cleaning and the management of health & safety arrangements.
* Working with Supervisor to help ensure compliance of all works within client requirements, scope, and specification.
* Assisting with the training & technical development of the field-based operations staff.
* Assisting with the delivery of Health & Safety procedures (e.g. Toolbox Talks, RAMS, etc) to the field-based operations staff.
