CSS Recruitment & Training are currently seeking to recruit a Document Controller in Watford, Hertfordshire.
The Document Controller will support and ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects while maintaining the highest standards and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Line Manager and Design Manager.
* Regularly update and maintain Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, and Work Wallet.
* Serve as the primary contact for site or office visitors and handle telephone inquiries as needed.
* Support team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Strive for excellence in quality, service, and business performance.
Requirements
* Ability to meet deadlines independently.
* Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards, remains accurate, and is well-maintained.
* Approve QA documents, ensuring correct workflow and file naming conventions.
* Upload, edit, print, and distribute drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Apply common sense, good judgment, and environmental awareness.
* Proficiency in Viewpoint, R Drive, and Work Wallet.
* Strong typing skills.
* Understanding of team members' roles and responsibilities, with a willingness to assist as needed.
Pay Rate
£22 - £24 per hour
