Financial Controller

Here at ISQ Recruitment, we are delighted to support a Norfolk-based manufacturer with their search for a Financial Controller.
Due to the location of the role, the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle (there is no public transport).

Role Overview:
You will play a key role in financial management and strategic decision-making, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure and provide strong financial control, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee financial statements, budgets, and cost variance analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor production costs, identify savings in procurement and supply chain, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage working capital, assess capital investments, and oversee financial planning for R&D and expansions.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, maintain cost accounting accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
Supply Chain & Vendor Oversight: Collaborate with procurement teams, monitor supplier financial stability, and mitigate material cost fluctuations.
Leadership & Strategy: Provide financial insights to the business. Package:
