About the role
1. Develop and implement digital content strategies that enhance the company's online presence and customer engagement
2. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, PR and influencer to create effective marketing campaigns with a digital first approach, driving NPD/core/digital proposition
3. Act as the guardian for all content and new tech functionalities, leading a team that brief, build and publish across the website and app
4. Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality pre-recorded and live content that serves to educate and entertain customers, establishing effective content strategies for both
5. Manage the content localisation with a team of in-house linguists and AI solutions to translate all digital content into multiple languages
6. Lead the project management for all digital content creation liaising with the internal creative agency and freelance creative support
7. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content across site and app, using data-driven insights to optimise and improve content strategies
8. Ensure all digital content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging, acting as a key approver
9. Manage the digital content budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
10. Lead and manage the digital content team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities

Who you will work with
The Digital team are Performance Marketing, Onsite Content, CRM, Trade, Loyalty and eCommerce Marketing. This person will also work very closely with our Tech, Global Marketing, PR & Advocacy, Brand Marketing and Pro Teams.
