Working in a busy Hotel & Restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will assist the Kitchen Manager in managing the team whilst ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, staff training, cleaning and menu input. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business.
The Hotel itself is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Chatsworth Estate.

The right candidate will be professional, experienced and enthusiastic. You will show passion for the industry and continually strive to improve standards. Previous experience is essential.
Any formal qualifications such as an apprenticeship or an NVQ in Professional Cookery would be advantageous.
