Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Transport coordinator. This is a full time, temporary ongoing position based out of the company's site in Renfrewshire. Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with liaising with drivers and customers, planning routes and dealing with Transport issues. Main Responsibilities: - Booking jobs and assisting with creating and planning routes for drives - Liaising with external contractors - Raising PO's from sub-contractors - Updating and maintaining internal systems - Ad hoc administrative tasks Essential Skills and Experience - Experience working within a Transport Department - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to plan and prioritise workload - Excellent time management skills - IT literacy Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
