The role
We are looking for an experienced ecologist to lead our ecology team based in the North West. This will be a full time, permanent role, based in the North West.
Working with our Associate Director of Ecology (based in the East Midland), you will lead an experienced team of ecologists and to help win and deliver a wide range of ecology projects including protected species surveys, desk studies, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments.
Your attributes
We are looking for people that have the following attributes;
* A confident self-starter with a passion for ecological consultancy
* Experience of delivering a portfolio of ecology projects and in managing teams
* A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
* Have a full UK driving licence.
