We are delighted to be working in partnership with a national charity who are recruiting a HR Officer on a part time basis for their Head Office in Witney.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will help support and develop the HR functions. You will play a key role in the HR services to include recruitment, onboarding, supporting grievances and disciplinary's and payroll preparation.
The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with experience of complex HR challenges. You will have up to date knowledge of Employment Law and excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels.
A CIPD level 5 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
