What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and Mentoring: Guide a dynamic sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
2. Qualifying New Leads: Implement strategies to identify and assess potential clients who can benefit from our assistive technology solutions.
3. Nurturing Prospects: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our products.
4. Researching Opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position effectively.
5. Presentations and Networking: Deliver compelling presentations and participate at industry events, enhancing our visibility and outreach.
You'll have the advantage of working alongside the on-site technical support and development teams, providing you with the resources to highlight product benefits, address client concerns, and drive sales opportunities effectively.
About You
1. Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams, preferably within the technology or assistive technology sectors.
2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
3. Strategic Thinking: Skill in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
