Salary: £35,000 - £45,000/annum plus car allowance and yearly bonus

Job Description:
As Roofing Site Manager, you will manage every project from start to finish, ensuring that each job is completed on time and within budget to their exacting standards. Excellent communication between the client, the team, and the managing director is key.
Responsibilities:
1. Organising quotes and ordering materials for the job
2. Stock control
3. Assigning teams to each job
4. Managing timelines and budget
Minimum Requirements:
1. SMSTS and SSSTS Qualification
2. Several years' experience in Site Management (ideally roofing projects)
3. Roofing or site experience
4. Strong understanding of all aspects of the contracting process including construction and contract law
5. MS Office skills
6. Full UK Driving Licence
7. Great people management skills, able to delegate, give feedback, and handle challenging situations
8. Well-organised and proactive
Benefits:
1. Basic salary will range from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
2. 28 days annual leave per annum (including bank holidays)
