Caretaker Fixed Term until 31st August 2025. - 30 Hours per weekThe Governing Body of Hendre Junior School is seeking to appoint a Caretaker to work as part of a friendly, hard-working team. We are looking for a caretaker who is committed to the provision of maintenance and security on our school premises. We require someone who is able to build strong professional relationships with staff and children and is dedicated to ensuring that our school is a clean and orderly working environment. The successful candidate will have health and safety responsibilities including maintaining the school building and grounds in a safe condition and working in a safe manner. As part of these duties there will be a requirement to carry out and record periodic health and safety checks e.g. condition of fire doors and escape routes, water temperature testing, etc.Staff are looking for a colleague who is motivated, friendly, and hard-working who can add value to the learning environment of our school.
