About The Role Join PwC's Technology Solutions and Enablement team as the Marketing Cloud Platform Owner for the UK. What Your Days Will Look Like Platform Management: Collaborate with global and UK teams to oversee Marketing Cloud, including release management, roadmap development, and defect resolution. Feature Development: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance platform usage, and manage access and licenses. Defect and Risk Management: Escalate and resolve platform defects, follow established processes, and consult on risk identification and solution delivery. Training and Enablement: Design and deliver training resources to ensure teams are proficient in using Marketing Cloud, while continuously updating and communicating improvements. This role is for you if You have experience in handling Marketing Cloud or SaaS platforms, including release management and defect resolution as well as working with Agile methodology You have an exceptional ability to work with various teams and stakeholders to meet user requirements. You have extremely strong organisation and communication skills, are proactive and can prioritise effectively You are skilled in analysing risks and delivering effective solutions proactively. You are proficient in training and enabling teams to ensure they are well-equipped and productive.
